During your first therapy session, we will explore your concerns in more depth, discuss what you hope to achieve, and address any questions you may have about the process. This collaborative approach ensures that you feel comfortable and confident as we begin your therapeutic journey together.
This is at the discretion of the client and therapist; some clients prefer weekly sessions, while others prefer longer spaces between meetings.
The required number of sessions varies widely based on individual needs; some clients need short-term goal-oriented therapy, others need long-term support for life or ongoing issues.
